The tills need to have the right permissions so that We can gain access to them, use Dameware software and copy files down.
On the till go to Control Panel. Click on Tills then click on the Tools option. Then the Folder Options then The View Tab. On the bottom of the list is 'Simple File Sharing'. Make sure this is unchecked. Save then close down Control Panel.
Next, right click on the JGV602 Folder, under Properties click the security Tab and then permissions to allow Full Control.
