1) Once the PIN PAD has been fitted the following procedure is used for
activating it for use in store.
2) Copy OCIUS4PC from pen drive to C:\JGV602
3) Install dotnetfx.exe from pen drive. (Located in JGV602\Ocius4PC Install Pack)
4) In the root of C:\ Create a folder called EFT
5) Run setup.exe from C:\JGV602\Ocius4PC Install Pack\Commidea.
6) Press Next 3 times
remove ticks from boxes – leave tick in OCIUS FOR PC
Next, Next
Finish.
7) Copy the following files from the OCIUS4PC\Commidea folder
TERMINALGUID.DAT
PROGRAM SETTINGS.CCF
OCIUS.INI
Paste them into C:\Program files\commidea\ocius for pc
8) Open EFTlink.mak in C:\JGV602\Ocius4PC Install Pack\Paypoint and edit for
specific store eg. for Kidderminster, “UF5”

9) Using the store number change the contents of the two files
T0000001.FULL ACCESS
T0000001.IN
For the specific store eg. L,0212,0212,0017,001FF
10) Open JGOcius\Ocius4pc Install Pack\Paypoint
Copy the following files to JGV602\Tills\system
CARD TYPE.DAT
ASKII.KBM
The remaining files need to be copied to JGV602\Till\system\custom
Edit till.bat (c:\jgv602) change pp6.exe to custom\startpos.exe
11) Double click yellow icon on the desktop to open up the pinpad.
The Pin pad will not be recognised. When you get the error message press

12) Log on ID [four digit shop no. eg. 0212]
Password [four digit shop no. eg. 0212]
GUID press YES
Change comm. Port to COM2

Open software from icon in bottom right corner

INSERT CARD
REMOVE CARD

Delete The Yellow icon off the desktop.
Do a test transaction for real through the till.
